FIELD: equipment for testing and repairing of pipeline used in petroleum and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: piston-separator has annular casing with front and rear covers and sealing members of elastic material. Casing is provided with cylindrical sealing support having transverse channels formed as open circles. Sealing members are made in the form of hollow tores mounted in channels and filled with solid or hollow balls. ^ EFFECT: substantially reduced wear of sealing members, increased velocity at which piston is passed through pipeline, and reduced consumption of power. ^ 8 cl, 5 dwg |
