The device has a winding tube (3) traversed at an end by a tubular motor. The tube retracts itself for facilitating its installation between two fixed sides. The winding tube is supported between two flanges. A retractable mounting bushing (1) is situated between body of the tubular motor and the winding tube. The bushing is located between a guide bearing (4) of the motor and the tube.
