ROTATABLE ECCENTRIC TIE-DOWN ASSEMBLY

A rotatable eccentric tie-down assembly includes a support adapted for mounting to a cargo vehicle. A body is pivotally mounted to the support for pivotal movement about a substantially horizontal pivot axis between a stored position and an operative position. The pivot axis is eccentrically positioned along one edge of the body and a tie-down opening is positioned along an opposed edge of the body. The tie-down opening is not accessible when the body is in the stored position. The tie-down opening is accessible when the body is rotated about the pivot axis to the operative position.
