FIELD: confectionery industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: pellet of chewing gum 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 comprises at least two individual interconnected modules 11, 12; 21, 22, 23; 31, 32; 41, 42; 51, 52 of chewing gum. At least one of said modules of chewing gum contains compressed granules of chewing gum comprising gum base. Pellet of chewing gum has gum base content making at least 5% by weight of pellet. Method involves assembling at least two individual modules by arranging one module onto another and compressing said modules to one another for producing of chewing gum pellet. ^ EFFECT: provision for producing of chewing gum pellet having demanded initial release extent and texture without decomposition thereof. ^ 20 cl, 10 dwg |
