PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink filtering device which can filter foreign matter from ink regardless of a state of the foreign matter. SOLUTION: The ink filtering device filters by circulating the ink. The ink filtering device is equipped with an ink inlet (17) to which the ink is sent in, an ink outlet (19) from which the ink is sent out, an ink feeding route set between the ink inlet and the ink outlet, a filter (19) set in the ink feeding route to block passage of the foreign matter in the ink, and a foreign matter stay part (21) set in the ink feeding route at the upstream of the filter to make the foreign matter stay.
