PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reference to the profile information regarding a mobile terminal which requires a client server without increase in the amount of processing of a client server. SOLUTION: The differential profile information consisting of terminal information of an enterprise is registered to CC/PP Repository 33b from a management console 24 for each mobile terminal. The original profile information in regard to each mobile terminal is acquired from a database (Profile Repository 23) constituted by a manufacturer of each mobile terminal and it is then stored to the CC/PP Repository 33b. In this CC/PP Repository 33b, when the client server 25 requests the profile information of the mobile terminal, the profile information is returned after merging the differential profile information regarding the relevant mobile terminal and the original profile information.
