PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce distortion and increase voice output of a speaker. SOLUTION: The speaker includes a frame 9, a vibrating plate 10 fixed via a first edge 11, a voice coil 12, a magnetic circuit 17, and a suspension holder 15 fixed via a second edge 16. The first and second edges 11, 16 are formed almost in the symmetrical shape along the interface of the first and second edges 11, 16, and the internal circumference side of the suspension holder 15 and the internal circumference side of the vibrating plate 10 are fixed direct or indirect to the external part of the magnetic gap 14 of the voice coil 12. The magnetic circuit 14 is provided at the external side of the bottom of the frame 9, and the external circumference thereof includes a magnet 18 extended up to the external side of the center of at least second edge 16.
