PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle size distribution measuring device capable of preparing a sample quickly and accurately by monitoring simultaneously and precisely a transmittance of inspection light belonging to a different wavelength band. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an optical filter F having a higher transmittance to a wavelength band of LED light 2z than a transmittance to a wavelength band of laser light 2a between a flow cell 12 and a photodetector 23z, in order to prevent scattered light of the laser light 2a from entering the photodetector 23z of the LED light 2z at least at the concentration detection time.
