PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an accurate data processing method for pressure-sensitive paint in measurement tests using pressure-sensitive paint by compensating the temperature dependency of the pressure-sensitive paint, correcting error due to other caused overlapping illuminance quantity and eliminating the effect of extrapolation in interpolation operation. SOLUTION: In the data processing method for pressure-sensitive paint, a compensation factor C<SB>PSP</SB>being a ratio based on both values of pressure sensor data and pressure-sensitive paint data for a specific position is obtained. Then, after compensating systematic errors in the pressure-sensitive paint measurement caused by various factors when multiplying the compensation factor to the pressure-sensitive paint data, pressure is calculated by using the a-priori calibration data from the temperature measurement data reflecting the temperature distribution on the model.
