PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator of low noise capable of effectively reducing the vibration and the variation in noise by pressing and fixing a vibration-proof mass fixed to a pipe, to a machine chamber wall face by a pressing member. SOLUTION: This refrigerator comprises the machine chamber 6 formed at a back face lower part of a main body, a compressor installed in the machine chamber, the pipe 9a for guiding a refrigerant discharged from the compressor to a cooling unit as a part of a refrigeration cycle, and the vibration-proof mass 10 fixed to a part of the pipe.
