PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal washer having usability and repeatedly usable. SOLUTION: Peripheral grooves 3 and 4 along the periphery of a bolt hole are formed in both upper and lower surfaces of a washer body 1 having the bolt hole 2 at its center.
