SOLUTION: In the rolling bearing that equips an outside member having the rolling face on the inner circumference face, an inside member having the rolling face on the outer circumference face and a plurality of rolling body arranged to the rolling free between the rolling face of the outside member and the rolling face of the inside member, at least the outside member and the inside member among the outside member, the inside member and the rolling body are made of steel containing Cr:0.5 to 2.0 mass%, Mn:0.2 to 2.0 mass%, Si:0.5 to 2.0 mass%, C:0.3 to 1.2 mass%, the remainder of Fe and the inevitable impurities, and the rolling bearing seals the grease composition containing the substance to reduce the friction coefficient at the rate of 0.1 to 10 mass%.
