PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain noise occurrence due to vibration of a cylinder head cover by installing a fuel injection valve to a support boss extended from a cylinder head via a pressing board to restrain the direct transmission of vibration of the injection valve to the cylinder head cover. SOLUTION: The support boss 3d of the cylinder head 3 is extended to the inside of the cylinder head cover 4. The columnar members 51b and 51a are installed to the support boss 3d and a rocker arm shaft holder 4d, respectively. These members 51a and 51b reach the upper part of the fuel injection valve 42 through the upper portion of the head cover 4, in other words, the valve 42 is installed to the support boss 3d via the members 51a and 51b. Thus, the noise occurrence is restrained by pressing the upper part of flange 42A of the valve 42 with the pressing board 50 on the upper edge of the members 51a and 51b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
