PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch-out device, simply punching a sheet even with a force of a child. SOLUTION: This punch-out device 1 includes: a punch-out blade 80 formed in a predetermined shape; a receiving member 50 having passing holes 53 to 55 allowing the punch-out blade 80 to pass therethrough; elastic members 95, 96 for energizing the punch-out blade 80 in the counter-punch-out direction; and an operating means 120 for moving the punch-out blade 80 in the punch-out direction against the elasticity of the elastic members 95, 96 to pass the punch-out blade 80 through the passing holes 53 to 55. The punch-out blade 80 is provided with projecting blades 81, 82 projected in the punch-out direction on both opposite sides, and formed so that the sheet S is subjected to punch out from the projecting blades 81, 82 first.
