<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a writing-in and reading-out rate of information, when a label is stuck on a book. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna section 2 formed into a belt-shape, a conductive body section 3 which is different in the length of the antenna section 2 and is formed into a belt-shape, approximately parallel to the antenna section 2, and an IC chip 1 connected with the antenna section 2 are sandwiched among base materials 30. The length of the antenna section 2, that is longer between the antenna section 2 and conductive body section 3, is set to λ/2 or shorter, when the wavelength, obtained by a frequency used for writing and reading of the information with respect to an IC chip 1, and the permeability and the dielectric constant of the base material 30 is set to λ.
