<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further highly safe incision-resisting underwear for competitive sport for pursuing motor functionality and physiological comfort through setting as risk areas the neck, armpit, joint of the thigh, palm and back, arm end, front and back of the knee, shin of below-knee and calf which are body parts with high risk of causing serious accidents of athletes, forming a protection cover for protecting each of the risk areas from a risk area material for all the risk areas or all excluding the palm and back which are protected with a glove, and uniting the risk area material with a non-risk area material having sweat absorbing and evaporating function. <P>SOLUTION: This incision-resisting underwear for short track competitive sport has the material composed of the risk area material covering the risk area and the non-risk area material as illustrated by a figure 2. The risk area material comprises a material obtained by interknitting a highly strong synthetic fiber having stretchability and uncuttable with a blade.
