PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional mayonnaise-like seasoning or dressing which not only controls the original sour taste of a vinegar but also stabilizes the mind of so-called flaring children, controls an excessive aggressive impulsive, and is used for improving an impulse for appetite and physical demands.

SOLUTION: This functional mayonnaise-like seasoning or dressing for controlling the release of dopamine due to stress to stabilize the mind is characterized by containing 0.01 to 1 mass% of γ-amino butyric acid (GABA).
