PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution device that ensures that a program set to be executed within a sandbox is executed within the sandbox. SOLUTION: The execution device 1 has a process control unit (CPU) 10. An input device 21, an output device 22, and a storage device 20 are connected to the CPU 10. Further, the CPU 10 has modules built in, including a special storage area securement means 11 for securing a special storage area to store the program which it is desired to execute securely, a program determining means 13 for determining whether or not the program to be executed is stored in the special storage area, and a program execution means 14 or the like for executing the program in an environment where available resources are limited, provided that the program determining means 13 has determined that the program is stored in the special storage area.
