PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film for a full label of a bottle, which hardly forms wrinkles, spots and warps by shrinkage and have a property of cutting off light without any further printing or processing. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable polyester-based film is characterized by having total light transmittance of≤40%, a haze value of≥90%, 5-60% heat shrinkability after a treatment for 10 seconds at the temperature of 70°C, heat shrinkability of≥75% after 10 seconds at 90°C in the main shrinkage direction and shrinkability of≤10% after a treatment for 10 seconds at 90°C in the direction perpendicular to the main shrinkage direction.
