PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a stable neck bending container of high quality using a resin by eliminating a phenomenon that a container main body is axially shifted or the wall thickness of the container becomes non-uniform at the time of the blow molding of the neck bending container. SOLUTION: In the molding method of the neck bending container using the resin, a preform 10 is molded by injection molding and, after a blow mold formed into split molds 70 and 80 is closed so as to house a preform in a blow cavity 75 in a state that the neck part 14 of the preform 10 is supported by a neck mold 54 to curve the preform 10, and blow air is sent into the preform 10, the gate part 13 formed at the time of the injection molding of the preform is held to the gate holding parts 74 and 84 formed to the split molds 70 and 80 when the preform 10 is housed in the blow cavity 75 to mold the resin.
