PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a stator which improves defects wherein the user has had to take the accuracy of the position of a permanent magnet into consideration. SOLUTION: The stator structure comprises at least one magnetically permeable layer and at least one auxiliary magnetic pole layer. The magnetically permeable layer has a plurality of first poles. The auxiliary magnetic pole layer is positioned above the magnetically permeable layer, under the magnetically permeable layer, or in the magnetically permeable layer; the auxiliary magnetic pole layer has at least one second pole, and at least one third pole; and the total number of the second poles and the third poles is equal to the quantity of the first poles, and the second pole is made of permanently magnetic materials.
