PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component with beat noise suppressed. SOLUTION: A split coil 31 is of an E-shaped form having a flat rear magnetic leg 33, an inner magnetic leg 34 provided at the center of the magnetic leg 33, and an outer magnetic leg 35 provided outside the inner magnetic leg 34. The rear magnetic leg 33 of one of the split coils 31 is opposed to a mounting substrate 36, and a shock absorber 37 having an elastic modulus larger than that of the split coil 31, and the mounting substrate 36 is provided between the coil 31 and the substrate 36.
