PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack for electronic equipment in which space efficiency is pursued without having adverse effect on heat dissipation efficiency of each electronic apparatus fixed in proximity to the rack. SOLUTION: A rack 1 for server is provided with an air gap forming member 2 having an opening 3 corresponding to the housing 10 of a plurality of servers (electronic apparatuses) arranged vertically such that an air inlet formed at the lower side of the housing 10 is not closed. Furthermore, it is arranged such that an exhaust opening formed at the upper side of the housing 10 is not closed even if the racks 1 for server are stacked vertically. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
