PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation in initial performance of a wiring board and heat generation parts due to temperature rise without changing structure of a casing and a partition wall. SOLUTION: A first chamber R1 in which heat generation parts are arranged and a second chamber R2 in which a disk is arranged are partitioned by a partition wall 3 having an inevitable gap. A surrounding wall 5 consisting of an annular rib surrounding a disk D is provided at a disk cover 5 opening and closing the second chamber R2. Since the surrounding wall 5 suppresses the dispersion of an air flow generated by rotation of the disk D around the disk D, quantity of the air flow passed through the inevitable gap and sent to the first chamber R1 is increased.
