PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize loss of a sticking joint part of a tape when the tape for cutting and reinforcement is stuck to a corrugated paper by an adhesive at the same time as manufacturing of the corrugated paper. SOLUTION: In the method for continuously sticking the tape applied with the adhesive to the traveling corrugated paper, work for sticking the old tape is continued while guiding it by a guide roll provided at a predetermined position relative to the traveling surface of the corrugated paper and a starting sheet prepared by sticking an end of the new tape to a strip-like thick paper is retained above the traveling surface of the corrugated paper using a vacuum adsorption retaining means. The retaining means is downwardly moved just after feeding of the old tape is interrupted and the vacuum adsorption is released at the same time as when the starting sheet is rapidly pressed toward the corrugated paper during traveling by a pressing roll. The starting sheet is traveled together with the corrugated paper by friction and the new tape is stuck to the corrugated paper by the pressing roll. Thereby, sticking of the new tape is performed.
