PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous wave (CW) doppler ultrasonic wave method using a two-dimensional (2D) matrix array and its device. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic system includes an ultrasonic probe (205) having a converting element (204) in the form of 2D matrix that transmits continuous wave doppler signals to an object. The CW transmittance signals (304) include dither signal components. The probe (205) receives ultrasonic echo signals from the object responding to the CW transmittance signals. The probe (205) produces analog CW receipt signals based on these ultrasonic echo signals. An analog/digital converter (111 or 222) converts the analog CW receipt signals into digital CW receipt signals with a specified sampling radio frequency.
