PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball dispenser of a game device set in a narrow space such as an inter-stand ball dispenser between pachinko stands, permitting put-out of game media or payment of change in various bills such as large denomination notes, coins, or in a mode discriminating IC tokens between visitor tokens and member tokens. SOLUTION: When an IC token held in a first apportioning part 12 is identified as a visitor token, the information on the visitor token is transferred to a visitor token held in a second apportioning part 14, and after that, the visitor token in the first apportioning part is fed out to a reserving passage 13 and reserved there. When the IC token held in the first apportioning part is identified as a member token, the information on the token is processed while the member token is held in the first apportioning part. When the IC token held in the first apportioning part is identified as the member token, the member token is fed out to a return passage 24 and guided to the second apportioning part, and at the same time, the information on the token is processed while the token is held in the second apportioning part.
