PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drag-adjusting device of a lever drag mechanism, hardly obstructing the lever operation on performing a pushing operation of an intermediate position-setting mechanism, and capable of obtaining a sound or click-feeling. SOLUTION: This drag-adjusting mechanism 8 is equipped with a drag-adjusting lever 45, the intermediate position-setting mechanism 52 and a drag-adjusting, sounding mechanism 47. The drag adjusting lever is attached as freely swinging around the spool shaft. The intermediate position-setting mechanism is provided by having a position-setting block 80 and a coil spring 81 for energizing the position setting member, capable of setting the position at an intermediate position on swing-operating the drag-adjusting lever and also retreat-operating the position-setting member by operating fingers. The drag-adjusting, sounding mechanism has a sounding recessed part 55 arranged at the reel main body as opposing to the drag-adjusting lever, a sounding pin 56 attached at the drag-adjusting lever as freely advancing and retreating and a coil spring 56 for energizing the sounding pin, and sounds in accordance with the swinging of the drag-adjusting lever.
