The invention relates to a dispensing device for liquid, flowable and pasty media. Said device comprises a base body provided with at least one storage chamber for storing at least one medium, an output element for the output of at least one stored medium and an operational element which is used to dose and guide at least one stored medium. The invention also relates to an operational element which is arranged between the base body and the output element, said output element comprising a housing and a functional element which form a cavity therebetween. The cavity is fluidically connected to at least one storage chamber of the base body by means of a first connecting channel, wherein the medium is stored, and to an output element by means of a second connecting channel, over which the medium is outputted. Valves are arranged in the housing of the operational element and not in the cavity, said valves having a function such that when the functional element is actuated, the second valve opens in the second connecting channel and the medium travels along to the output element, whereas a low pressure develops when the functional element is released in the cavity, such that the second valve closes and the first valve opens and the medium can flow out of the storage chamber to the first connecting channel in the cavity. |
