<p>The sensor/actuator module, especially for use in a vibration insulation device, comprises a movement sensor and an actuator coupled to it, whereby the movement sensor has a oscillating mass (12) and a piezo-electric converter (20,24,26) to produce an electrical sensing signal dependent upon the movement of the oscillating mass. An audio neodymium loud speaker is provided as an electromagnetic converter for the actuator and is constructed as a double lift magnet which has a second coil charged with electrical current and located co-axially next to a first coil and located with a reversed winding direction in relation to it. An independent claim is included for a vibration insulation device comprising at least three differently orientated sensor/actuator modules.</p> |
