<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote space-saving by using simplified construction, and surely supply a working fluid having a fixed concentration. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle part 20 and a stirring container 11 are installed corresponding to a spherical tool 13 in a working chamber 10, and the nozzle part 20 is moved in the stirring container 11 through a rotating mechanism 22 and a vertical mechanism 23 disposed outside the working chamber 10, thereby sucking and holding slurry 12 stirred and stored in the stirring container 11 to a tube member 24 of a working fluid supply mechanism 26 disposed outside the working chamber 10 through the nozzle part 20, and discharging the slurry 12 held on the tube member 24 toward the spherical tool 14 in the working chamber 10 through the nozzle part 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
