<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device for an endoscope and a method for combining human body tissues inside by using the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The installation device 110 for the endoscope 100 is provided with a vacuum chamber 130 having a wall on the base side and another wall on the end side in opposition to the base side, in which tissues are to be held. It is also provided with a working channel 115 and a vacuum channel 120, both of which are connected with the vacuum chamber. When the tissues are held in the vacuum chamber 130, vacuum pressure is applied on the inside of the vacuum chamber 130 through the vacuum channel 120, and a carrier needle 140 on the base side of the vacuum chamber 130 is moved ahead across the vacuum chamber to the end side which is equipped with a punch needle 150 so that it can receive the carrier needle 140 in its inner part.
