PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid film for agriculture, in which bleeding of a plasticizer to the film surface is suppressed, capable of retaining an anti-fogging property for a long period without causing blocking phenomenon and having good flexibility and transparency and to provide a method for producing the polylactic acid film for agriculture. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid film is obtained by molding, in the form of a film, a resin composition comprising a polylactic acid-based resin composed of 50-100 mass% weakly crystalline or amorphous polylactic acid having 7-20% ratio of D-isomer and 0-50 mass% crystalline polylactic acid having 0-6% ratio of D-isomer, a plasticizer and an anti-fogging agent and applying crystallization treatment to the film or molding, in the form of a film, a resin composition containing the polylactic acid-based resin and the plasticizer, providing an anti-fogging coated film on the film surface and applying crystallization treatment thereto.
