PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize multi-hop communication at a MAC layer level without changing an existing basic configuration. SOLUTION: The header of a radio communication packet comprises at least four address fields including a first field indicating an address of a second radio communication terminal that is a final destination, a second field indicating an address of a first radio communication terminal that is a sending source, a third field indicating an address of a third radio communication terminal that is a direct transmission destination, and a fourth field indicating an identification number used to identify whether or not the third radio communication terminal receiving the radio communication packet is capable of communicating with the first radio communication terminal. In transmission from the first radio communication terminal through the third radio communication terminal to the second radio communication terminal, the first radio communication terminal sets the address of the third radio communication terminal to the third field and further sets the fourth field if a group address is defined as a transmission destination.
