PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a vacuum level resulting from a reaction of an insulating film and an adhesive of a sealing frame. SOLUTION: The insulating film INS between a first electrode CL and a first electrode lead-out terminal CLT and a second electrode GL and a second electrode lead-out terminal GLT on a back panel is formed except for a sealing area SL with a front panel. In the sealing area SL, a layer of the adhesive FG bonding the back panel and the sealing frame MFL and the second electrode lead-out terminal GLT exist between the sealing frame MFL and the back panel.
