PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a degassing valve label for a packaging bag, which facilitates positioning of film to be laminated, shortens the length of a laminating device, reduces an adjustment loss, and uses no releasing liner being a waste in laminating process to contributes to resource savings and to reduce load on the environment. SOLUTION: A substrate sheet 1 is positioned using an end section guide basing on an air hole 1d and is supplied to the laminating device, and is covered with a cover film 2 having substantially the same width as the substrate 1. Furthermore, two-ridge reinforcing sheets 3 are positioned with the end section guide at a position opposing with each other in such a way not covering the air hole 1d and are placed thereon. Under this state, heat or ultrasonic wave is applied on two-ridge reinforcing sheets, or a solvent or an adhesive agent is used to integrally bond the substrate 1 to the cover film 2 or the reinforcing sheet 3. Thereby, the space surrounded with the substrate sheet 1 and the cover film 2 is formed, communicating with the air hole of the substrate 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
