PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the machining speed and accuracy by giving an approximately uniform ultrasonic vibration to the whole processing table which is for holding to fix a work in a machining device. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration table 9 is composed of a table 10 made of aluminum, four bolt-fastening Langevin type ultrasonic transducers 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d whose front mass is made of a stainless steel material as SUS304, and a base 11 made of a vibration-controlling alloy.
