PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing snoring for preventing a sleeper from snoring in a simpler constitution. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, an integrally superposed body portion 8 is constituted by arranging a first elastic body 17 and a second elastic body 18 above and arranging a core material 15 having a built-in reinforcing plate 16 below relative to a body posture changing means 13 including a pair of airbags, the outside of the body portion 8 is covered with covers (an inner cover 9 and an outer cover 10). In this apparatus, a head of the sleeper received by the body portion 8 can be inclined by changing the shape of the pair of the airbags by changing the air pressure of inside of the airbags to change the thickness of the body portion 8, thereby the snoring can be well prevented by urging the sleeper to change the body posture (turning over to a side lying position).
