PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a culture medium for plant cultivation reducing nitrate-nitrogen in drained water generated in elevated cultivation, suppressed in propagation of bacteria and/or mold causing harm, and continuously usable: and to provide a plant cultivation method using the culture medium.
