The gear has three planetary sets (P1, P2, P3) and six switching units. Brakes and clutches are provided whose selective intervention effect different transmission ratios between drive and output shafts. A shaft (6) is connected with a sun wheel of the set (P2) and coupled by one of the brakes. The output shaft is connected with an internal gear of the set (P2). A shaft (3) is connected with a bar of the set (P3).
