Provided is a technology of automatically verifying mobile contents on mobile phones in ground-wired internet and notifying a subscriber of the verification result. A mobile contents verifying server constructed on the ground-wired internet receives mobile contents information to be verified, information on a virtual mobile phone which is a verification subject, and verification items. Then the mobile contents verifying server performs verification on the mobile contents on real time or periodically, and notifies or reports a user of the result on real time. As a result, the user can administer service quality of a specific mobile content server conveniently.
