An ultrasonic diagnosing device comprises a transmitter for driving an ultrasonic probe to transmit ultrasonic waves to the tissues of a specimen, a receiver for receiving the reflected waves, which are obtained from the result that the ultrasonic waves are reflected on the tissues of the specimen, by means of the ultrasonic probe thereby to create a reception signal, a plurality of filters for extracting a plurality of signal components having bands different from each other, from the reception signal, a plurality of phase detectors for detecting the phases of the plural signal components individually, and a tissue tracer for tracing the individual tissues of the specimen from the plural phases, to output tracing information.
