<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of monitoring and pipelining image forming jobs, with which a plurality of image forming jobs can be carried out in a parallel and consecutive manner. <P>SOLUTION: The method monitors and pipelines N pieces of different image forming jobs that are related in parallel between a client apparatus and a selected image forming apparatus, wherein respective jobs can be characterized by N-pieces of consecutive processing states. The image forming apparatus can simultaneously carry out mutually different jobs among the N pieces of the different states. The method comprises a step of forming a main thread, a step of activating subsidiary threads, that are related to different jobs of up to N-pieces in total, and a step of parallel processing a plurality of jobs, of up to N-pieces in total by utilizing the activated slave threads.
