<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble when recording a television program, and to enable viewing a recorded television program in other places than home by selecting the program desired to view from a portable radio terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A portable radio terminal 10 includes a means for inputting predetermined personal preference information including arbitrary preference information in regard to television programs, and a means for transmitting the input personal preference information to a preference server 21. The preference server 21 includes a means for receiving the personal preference information from the portable radio terminal 10, a means for extracting a television program data to be recorded based on the received personal preference information, a means for generating a predetermined recording reservation program list based on the extracted program data, and a means for transmitting the generated recording reservation program list to a television recorder 30.
