摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine capable of improving output torque when fuel is injected from both of a port fuel injection device and a direct injection fuel injection device during one cycle. <P>SOLUTION: In the internal combustion engine provided with the port fuel injection device 10a-10d injecting fuel to intake ports 6a-6d and the direct injection fuel injection devices 11a-11d directly injecting fuel in combustion chambers 5a-5d, a control device 16 including an ignition timing control function performing ignition at least twice at different timing when fuel injection from the port fuel injection devices 10a-10d and fuel injection from the direct fuel injection devices 11a-11d are performed in one cycle is provided.
