PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate various processes before and after conveyance by making it possible to convey a lifting device of a load receiving platform by integrating a parallel link side and the load receiving platform without separating them.

SOLUTION: A support frame 3 is provided with a mounting bracket 6 and further provided with a parallel link 12. A coupling link 15 as well as the load receiving platform 17 is connected to the tip end of the parallel link 12. A notch groove 24 within the range allowing part of the parallel link 12 to enter is formed in the base end of the load receiving platform 17. A lower link 11 and the coupling link 15 are coupled with a detachably attaching coupling pin 19, and the load receiving platform 17 can be turned to a lapped state above the parallel link 12 when the above coupling pin 19 is removed. Thus, the load receiving platform can be supported by the bracket 6.
