<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of noise even though there is a big difference in the output between LED terminals when a battery dies to lower the voltage when driving the plurality of LEDs by an LED controlling IC with the use of the power from the battery. <P>SOLUTION: Terminals LED1-1 to LED5-3 are respectively connected to LED 78a to LED 78p and LED-driving-current-setting circuits 76a to 76p for controlling the brightness of each LED 78a to 78p are connected, in the circuit for supplying the battery power voltage to the plurality of LED 78a to LED 78p after boosting the voltage to the predetermined voltage when the battery power voltage is lowered from the predetermined voltage.
