<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the editing and sharing of a paper business form by use of a Web browser by fetching the form in a program as an electronic image. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a user 40, a computer 45, a scanner 46, a server computer 49 and a network 50. The computer 45 includes the Web browser 43, a Web page 42, a business form program 41 contained as Java Script, and a storage 44. The server computer 49 includes a server program 47 and a storage 48. The user 40 reads an image of a business form from the scanner 46 to the storage 44. The form program 41 enables the display of the image of a business form on the Web page, the pasting of a handwritten character, a pattern, an image and an animation to the image of a business form based on mouse operation and keyboard operation by the user, and the like.
