<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater control device capable of changing a speed of output voice, or suspending or stopping the voice by switch operation by an operator even during outputting the voice. <P>SOLUTION: This water heater control device comprises an operation part 1, a switch function part 2, a voice control part 6, a voice function part 8 and a voice output part 10.
