PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cover printing processing for correcting a dark part to bright may make a noise component contained in an image obtained by an imaging part stand out. SOLUTION: A gray image formation part 302 extracts a luminance component Y of an image, and a blurred image formation part 303 forms a blurred image L based on the luminance component Y. A correction coefficient calculation part 304 calculates a correction coefficient g for correcting a difference in the brightness of the image according to the blurred image L, and a correction part 305 performs cover printing processing according to the correction coefficient g.
